How to run correctly

It’s 1am, the rest of Denmark is asleep and here I am… Not asleep obviously…

So why not blog? 🙂

Thinking of starting running? I am, but not until the snow has melted,
cause honestly I’m a dork when it comes to walking (and running!) in snowy and icy weather…

But when I do get started, I’ll have these guidelines in mind:
