Muscle definition workout

Hi peaches

Even though I have cardio on my schedule today, I want to share
a workout that I did a little over a week ago 🙂

Some of the exercises are hard if you’re new at this, eg. pistol squats and judo push ups.
Try them anyway and take it slowly – remember, you’re doing SOMETHING, which is better than doing nothing 😉
